A quick and fun snack featuring crisp apple rings drizzled with creamy Greek yogurt and topped with crunchy granola, raisins, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Perfect for little hands and busy afternoons.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples. Leave the skin on for color and fiber.
  2. Slice the apples crosswise into thin rings, about 1/4-inch thick, using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup (if using). Whisk until smooth.
  4. Arrange the apple rings in a single layer on a large serving plate, slightly overlapping if needed.
  5. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the apple rings in a zigzag pattern.
  6. Sprinkle granola, raisins, coconut, nuts, and cinnamon evenly over the drizzled apples. Add sprinkles last if using.
  7. Serve immediately while apples are crisp and yogurt is cool.

Notes

For best texture, use firm apples like Honeycrisp or Fuji. To prevent browning, toss apple rings in lemon water (1 tablespoon lemon juice mixed with 1 cup water) if prepping ahead. Let kids help with toppings for extra fun.
