A creamy, smoky, and tangy dip combining ranch seasoning with classic BLT flavors, perfect for easy entertaining and quick prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese (full-fat preferred)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (can substitute Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Thick-cut bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled (about 6 slices)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (Roma or vine-ripened)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay thick-cut bacon slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Let cool and crumble into small pieces.
  2. While bacon cooks, dice tomatoes, chop shredded lettuce, and slice green onions. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Taste and adjust ranch seasoning if desired.
  5. Gently fold in diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crumbled bacon, and green onions without mashing or wilting.
  6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and dip firm up.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Drain excess liquid from tomatoes to prevent watery dip. Use thick-cut bacon baked on a sheet for even crispiness. Chill dip for at least 30 minutes for best texture and flavor melding. Avoid overmixing after adding fresh ingredients to keep texture light and fresh. Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to 3 days; freezing not recommended.
