Ingredients

Scale
  • Fresh strawberries, halved
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Blackberries (optional)
  • Red grapes, seedless
  • Figs, quartered (optional)
  • Chocolate-covered strawberries
  • Shortbread cookies
  • Mini meringues or pastel macarons
  • Candied pecans or almonds
  • Dark chocolate squares or hearts
  • Brie cheese, sliced into wedges
  • Goat cheese log, plain or with honey
  • Rosemary crackers or water crackers
  • Prosciutto or salami slices (optional)
  • Edible flowers (pansies, violas, or rose petals)
  • Honey or berry jam
  • 12 bottles chilled rosé wine
  • Optional: Sparkling water or juice for non-alcoholic version

Instructions

  1. Chill the rosé: Place bottles in the fridge at least 2 hours before serving, or chill in an ice bucket for 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the berries: Wash all berries and grapes in cool water, then pat dry. Slice strawberries in half, quarter figs, and remove stems.
  3. Arrange the cheeses: Place brie wedges and goat cheese log on your board first, spacing them out.
  4. Add the berries: Pile strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, and figs around the cheeses.
  5. Layer in sweet treats: Add chocolate-covered strawberries, shortbread cookies, and mini meringues or macarons. Place dark chocolate squares near cheese or fruit.
  6. Fill in with crunch & savory: Add candied nuts, crackers, and prosciutto or salami if using. Fill gaps with rosemary sprigs or edible flowers.
  7. Add finishing touches: Spoon honey or berry jam into small bowls or drizzle over brie. Sprinkle with edible flowers.
  8. Pour the rosé: Just before serving, fill glasses with chilled rosé. For a non-alcoholic twist, use sparkling water with berry juice.

Notes

For best results, use ripe, in-season berries and let cheeses sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving. Keep cookies and meringues away from juicy fruit to prevent sogginess. Easily adapt for gluten-free or dairy-free diets by swapping crackers and cheeses. Assemble up to 2 hours ahead, adding delicate sweets just before serving.
