Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: If using a store-bought cookie crust or graham cracker crust, place it on your serving pan and set aside. For homemade crusts, bake according to your recipe instructions and cool completely before assembling.
  2. Make the cream cheese base: In a medium bowl, beat 8 oz (225 g) softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate large bowl, whip 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream to stiff peaks using an electric mixer (about 3-4 minutes). Be careful not to overwhip—it should hold shape but still be smooth.
  4. Fold cream into cream cheese: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. This keeps the base light and fluffy while maintaining richness.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture: Evenly spread the creamy base over the cooled crust with the back of a spoon or offset spatula, smoothing it to the edges.
  6. Arrange the berries in stripes: Start by placing a neat line of sliced strawberries along one side of the pizza, creating the red stripe. Next, add a stripe of white with banana slices or leave the crust visible if you prefer a clean white stripe. Finally, place a row of blueberries for the blue stripe. Repeat stripes as needed to cover the pizza surface, keeping the lines tidy and close.
